Mussoorie winter carnival 2023 to be held from December 26 to 28
Winter Line Carnival will be organized in Mussoorie, the queen of hills, from 26th to 30th December, 2023. Its preparations have intensified at the administration level. Winter Line Carnival will be organized by Mussoorie Festival Committee.
Various events will be organized at Winter Line Carnival 2023. Mussoorie Mahotsav Committee has invited tenders for the decoration of various places for the carnival, lighting arrangements and stage preparation and other works.
In the meeting held under the chairmanship of SDM Dr. Deepak Saini in the Municipality Auditorium, it was decided to maintain smooth traffic system during the carnival, decorate the city with electric strings, organize cultural programs and sports.
In Mussoorie, between the months of November and February, sometimes after sunset, a unique sight appears in the sky. A color emerges as if nature has drawn this picture only for Mussoorie. This line is called winter line.
