Uttarakhand Corona Update: 395 cases found on 1st October
The first day of October has brought some respite to Uttarakhand in terms of new Corona cases. In Uttarakhand, the lowest corona infected has been found in one day after one and a quarter months. On Thursday, 365 infected patients were found. While 801 patients have been cured. 14 patients have died in the last 24 hours. The total number of infected people in the state has been 49248.
According to the report released by the Health Department, 7776 sample negatives have been received in the last 24 hours. The lowest corona patients have been found in the state in close to two months on Thursday. On August 19, 264 corona patients were found in Uttarakhand. After this, the number of infected has steadily increased.
62 corona patients have been found in Dehradun district. 53 in Udham Singh Nagar, 50 in Nainital, 44 in Haridwar, 41 in Chamoli, 39 in Pauri, 26 in Rudraprayag, 14 in Champawat, 13 in Almora, nine in Pithoragarh, seven in Uttarkashi, six in Bageshwar and one in Tehri district.
In the state, 14 corona-infected patients have died in 24 hours. In this, six patients died at AIIMS Rishikesh, five at Doon Medical College, two at Sushila Tiwari Medical College, one at District Hospital Uttarkashi. Now the death toll in the state has risen to 625. At the same time, 801 patients have been cured. With this, 39836 patients have been cured.
Recovery rate exceeds 80 percent
On Thursday, 801 patients in the state have recovered after treatment. With this, 39836 patients have been cured in the state so far. While 8544 patients are still admitted in hospitals.
