Dooni University online new session admissions to begin from July 20

The admission process for the new academic session is going to start from July 20 in Doon University. All the students who are waiting for the form release can fill the university form from July 20. Admission will be done through online only and the process of admission will start from July 20. The last date to fill the form is August 20. From September 1 the new session of the university will start and August 20 is the last date to fill the form. Doon University has started many new courses this time. Certificate courses for Garhwali, Kumaoni and Jaunsari have been started in Doon University from this session. Under the School of Languages, this certificate course has been started to promote the local dialects and language of Uttarakhand. In one year certificate course, students will be taught Garhwali, Kumaoni and Jaunsari. On taking the course, students will get the benefit of three credit points and they will be able to credit this score in their course.Under the School of Languages, there will be a total of 20 seats each in the certificate courses of Garhwali, Kumaoni and Jaunsari. The fee for this course has not yet been determined.  At present, English, German, French, Spanish, Japanese and Chinese languages ​​are being taught inside the university, but from this time 3 languages ​​of Uttarakhand have also got a place in it.

Apart from the School of Languages, there is good news for the students of Biology as well. Students studying biology in class 12th or biology in graduation can take admission in university biological sciences this year. Under Biological Science course BSc and MSc Biological Science course has been introduced in the university this year. There will be 30 seats each in these two courses. At the same time, students of Geology and Geography can now do MSc courses from this course.

Doon University has also added MA and MSc courses in Geology and Geography courses from this year. At the same time, children who were students of Home Science subject in graduation will now be able to do masters in this subject as well. There will also be admission in MA Home Science from this session in the university. Apart from this, there is a lot of demand for BA Honors Psychology, English, Economics courses in the university and BCom Honors has also been started from this year. Online forms will be available from July 20. With this, he said that keeping in view the convenience of the students of Uttarakhand Board, 12th result will be waited for declaration and if the results are late then they will be given some relief on the seats.
