Uttarakhand Corona update 6 September: 668 new cases found
On Sunday, September 6, 668 new cases were reported in the state. While 591 recovered. The maximum number came from 225 Dehradun, 103 Haridwar, 69 Udham Singh Nagar. 54 each from Tehri and Uttarkashi, 39 Nainital, 38 Pauri, 31 Rudraprayag, 21 Pithoragarh ,18 Chamoli and 6 cases came from Bageshwar. 11 corona-infected patients admitted to various hospitals died. At the same time, there are a total of 24629 positive cases in the state, out of which 16573 have become healthy. At present there are 7640 active cases, while 341 have died.
Urban Development Minister found corona positive, admitted to AIIMS Rishikesh
Urban Development Minister Madan Kaushik was found to be corona positive in the corona antigen test. In view of this, he has been admitted to AIIMS Rishikesh. However, his RTPCR test has been conducted on Sunday, whose report will be received by Monday. On the request of the CMO and District Magistrate, Haridwar, he is being admitted to the AIIMS as a precautionary measure. The Corona investigation report of Cabinet Minister Kaushik’s PRO was found positive. After this, Kaushik had self-isolated in Haridwar. He was also admitted to a private hospital. On the other hand, Agriculture Minister Subodh Uniyal will also be isolated for the next three days. The corona investigation report of his son and niece has come back positive.
The condition of corona infection is becoming critical in the four districts of Uttarakhand. 77 percent of the total infected patients are in these districts. Continuous infection and mortality are increasing with sample investigations.
In the four districts of the state, Dehradun, Haridwar, Udham Singh Nagar and Nainital, the number of corona infected has exceeded 17500. While the number of infected people in the state has crossed 23 thousand.
In Haridwar district, corona infected have exceeded five thousand. At the same time, the number of infected in Dehradun district has also crossed five thousand. In Udham Singh Nagar district, 4209 people and 3135 in Nainital district have been affected by Corona.
Corona infection accelerates, again increased containment zones
Containment zones have increased again in the state due to the rise in corona patients. Within the last three days, 156 containment zones have been created in the state. By Sunday, the number of containment zones in the state has increased to 446 which was 393 on Saturday. The government believes that micro containment zones are being created to prevent corona infection. This will not result in lockdown again in the state.
