Uttarakhand daily Corona update: 389 cases found on 29 November
On Sunday, 389 new corona patients were found in the state, while eight infected people died. With this, the total number of patients in the state has increased to 74340. While the death toll has reached 1222.
According to the Health Bulletin issued by the Health Department, on Sunday, 7 cases in Almora, 2 in Bageshwar, 21 in Chamoli, 10 in Champawat, 146 in Dehradun, 49 in Haridwar, 6 in Nainital, 57 in Pauri Garhwal, 7in Pithoragarh, 9 in Rudraprayag, 24 in Tehri, 33 in US Nagar while 18 cases were found in Uttarkashi district.
Three patients admitted to Himalayan Hospital, two at AIIMS, one at Doon Medical College and two at Kailash Hospital died on Sunday. On Sunday, 278 patients from various hospitals of the state were discharged after treatment.
With this, the total number of patients cured has been 67475. While 4970 patients are being treated in various hospitals. Samples of 8523 patients from various hospitals of the state were sent for examination.
Report of 11400 came while report of 13844 samples is yet to come. The recovery rate of patients in the state is 90.77 percent while the infection rate is 5.60 percent. A total of nine containment zones have been created in the state to prevent corona infection.
