Uttarakhand corona update: 99 cases reported on 19 March

On Friday, 99 more people were found infected in the state, while the sample positivity rate was 0.92 percent. It is reassuring that no patient has died in the last four days.

According to information received from the health department, 10802 sample test reports have been received from government and private labs. Of these, 10703 reports have come negative. Dehradun has the highest number of 29 people infected. Apart from this, 28 people in Nainital, 23 in Haridwar, 10 in Udham Singh Nagar, three in Pauri, two each in Rudraprayag and Uttarkashi and one person each in Almora and Chamoli have been found infected. While new cases of corona infection have not been found in Pithoragarh, Bageshwar, Champawat and Tehri. Here, 69 infected patients have also been cured from different districts today.

So far, 98 thousand 228 people have been infected in the state. Of which 94380 i.e. 96.08 percent have been healthy. At present, Corona has 728 active cases, while 1416 patients have gone out of the state. At the same time, 1704 Corona infected patients have also died so far.
