Chamoli DM takes strict action against complacent officers

Chamoli DM Swati S Bhadauria is known for her efficient leadership. Along with her efficient leadership, she does not shy away from taking strict action with the careless employees. Chamoli’s DM Swati S Bhadauria is counted among the bright and hardworking young officers of the state and is much adored for working for the public interest. But at the same time, she does not hesitate to teach a lesson to the complacent officers and employees. Swati S Bhadauria has taken many tough steps against the employees who are negligent in duty in Chamoli. Once again she has proved that in Chamoli district, the officers who show negligence in duty will not be spared.

Recently, for dengue control and prevention in Chamoli district, District Magistrate Swati Bhadauria took a meeting of officers in the Collectorate auditorium, in which all the concerned officers were instructed to run special awareness campaigns in the entire district for the prevention of dengue. District Panchayat Raj officers were not present in the meeting of the officers, after which the District Magistrate, adopting strictness, has issued an order to stop their salary. DM Swati S Bhadauria has made it clear that in Chamoli district, a strict attitude will be adopted with the careless officers who are lax in their work. When the District Panchayat Raj Officer was not present in the meeting, the District Magistrate immediately gave instructions to stop his salary. Chamoli district administration has started preparations for the control and prevention of dengue in the district.

District Magistrate Swati Bhadauria has given instructions for drainage of water, cleaning of drains, spraying insecticides to kill mosquitoes as well as running public awareness campaigns in all municipal, nagar panchayat areas. Along with this, the DM has given instructions to the CMO to ensure the arrangement of adequate quantity of isolation beds and adequate quantity of medicines in Sitapur Hospital, Gopeshwar, all CHCs, PHCs for the treatment of dengue patients. She has instructed Child Development through Anganwadi workers to inform the parents of the children about prevention of dengue and malaria and to make them aware about the regular cleaning of water tanks.
