CM Dhami distributes portfolios to cabinet ministers
Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami has divided the portfolios of the ministers in his new cabinet. The Chief Minister has distributed important departments among the ministers as was believed earlier. The Chief Minister has kept with himself the Council of Ministers, Personnel and Vigilance, Home, Finance, State Property, Revenue, Justice, Information Secretariat Administration, General Administration, Industrial Development, Technical Education, Civil Aviation and Planning.
Cabinet Minister Satpal Maharaj has been given Irrigation and Minor Irrigation, Watershed, Management, Culture, Religion and Tourism and Public Works Departments.
Minister Harak Singh Rawat has been given Forest, Environment Protection and Climate Change, Skill Development and Employment, AYUSH and AYUSH Education and Energy Departments.
Minister Banshidhar Bhagat has been given the portfolios of Legislative and Parliamentary Affairs, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Urban Development, Housing and Information and Science Technology.
Minister Yashpal Arya has been given Transport, Social Welfare, Minority Welfare, Election and Excise departments.
Minister Vishan Singh Chufal has been given the Department of Drinking Water, Rural Works and Census.
Cabinet Minister Subodh Uniyal has been given Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department.
Cabinet Minister Arvind Pandey has been entrusted with the Department of School Education, Basic and Secondary Sports and Youth Welfare, Panchayati Raj and Culture Education.
Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi has been given the Department of Sainik Welfare, Industrial Development, Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises.
Cabinet Minister Dhansingh Rawat has got Cooperation, Protocol, Disaster Management and Rehabilitation, Higher Education and Medical Health and Medical Education Department.
Cabinet Minister Rekha Arya has been entrusted with the Department of Women Empowerment and Child Development, Animal Husbandry Development and Fisheries.
