Pithoragarh’s Rashmi Pant gets 49th rank in IIT

Rashmi Pant, a B.Sc student in Kumaon University’s DSB campus Nainital, has made the campus as well as Kumaun University, Nainital proud by outshining in IIT. Rashmi has been a meritorious student since childhood. Rashmi Pant has got 49 rank in IIT exam at All India level, she got selected in IIT Kanpur.

Rashmi received her primary education from Government Primary School Bhattigaon Berinag in Pithoragarh district, after completing her studies from class 6 to 12 from Government Girls Inter College, Berinag. Rashmi is currently pursuing B.Sc from Kumaun University Nainital. She has secured 49 rank in IIT exam at All India level, she got selected in IIT Kanpur.

Rashmi has made Bhattigaon and the entire Berinag region proud with this achievement. On this achievement of Rashmi Pant, the professors including Kumaon University Vice Chancellor Prof NK Joshi, Registrar Dinesh Chandra, DIC Director Prof Sanjay Pant, Director Research and Extension Directorate Prof Lalit Tiwari, have extended their congratulations and best wishes.
