Covid-19 no longer a global health emergency after 39 months announces WHO

The World Health Organization (WHO) has given a big relief on Friday regarding Corona. WHO said that Covid-19 is no longer a public global health emergency. A decision regarding this was taken in the 15th meeting of the Emergency Committee.

WHO Director General Dr. Tedros said that the Emergency Committee met for the 15th time. In this he said,’ I have been asked to declare that the world is out of the purview of the global health emergency of Covid-19. I have accepted their advice.’ WHO declared Covid-19 a Global Health Emergency on 30 January 2020.
