Llb student dies from injuries after meeting with an accident

A Petroleum University student lost his life due to a road accident. According to Premnagar police station, Aviral Shrivastava son Mahendra Srivastava, a native of Kanpur, was a third-year BA LLB at the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies in Dehradun. He lived here with two friends in a rented house at Bidholi in Premnagar.

Aviral was going somewhere by bike. Meanwhile, his bike and car coming from the front collided near Nanda ki chowki on Bidholi Road. Aviral was seriously injured in the accident. Someone reported the accident to the police. Premnagar police station reached the spot and rushed the injured to Premnagar State Hospital, where doctors declared him dead. SO Premnagar Dharmendra Rautela said that he has taken possession of the bike and car. The student did not wear a helmet and due to this he sustained severe head injury. Police say the accident occurred due to over speed. At present, the police have taken the car and bike.

Dharmendra Rautela, in-charge of Premnagar police station, said that the body has been kept in Mortuary after informing the family of Aviral. It turned out that the bike was going at a high speed and hit the car after losing control. Police have taken the car and bike in possession. Advance action will be taken on the application of the family members of Aviral.
