High speed train accident in Turkey injures many

There was a high-speed train accident in Turkish capital Ankara. A lot of people are reported being injured in this train accident.

The early morning train was travelling between the capital, Ankara, and the central Turkish province of Konya, as per CNN Turk. The incident was reported to have occurred shortly after 6.30am local time (2.30pm AEDT). Video footage showed emergency workers arriving at the scene, working to rescue people from carriages trapped beneath the tangled metal wreckage of an overpass at the Marsandiz train station, to the west of Ankara.
