Debris came from the hill on Badrinath highway

Badrinath highway in Chamoli district has become dangerous during construction of All Weather Road these days. A series of landslides has brought debris on the road. A part of the hill fell in Kodiya near Chamoli on Sunday evening. Thankfully, during this time, people passing through the highway stopped vehicles due to the feeling of danger. During this time a passerby also made a video of the landslide.

For the next three days, the weather patterns can increase people’s miseries. During this period, heavy rain alert has been issued in seven districts. The State Meteorological Center has advised the district administration to take necessary steps.
