CM helpline 1905 would be vital in fight against coronavirus

The Chief Minister’s IT Advisor, Ravindra Dutt informed that the CM Helpline 1905, installed on the fourth floor of the ITDA building in the IT Park, has been ensured to be used for prevention of coronavirus till advance orders.
He said that this helpline has been made more effective with additional necessary communication tools, here 16 personnel can listen to problems related to the pandemic causing virus. By taking cognizance of the information received, the officials are also ensuring quick action. He also informed that regular reporting of complaints and information received is also being made available to the CM Office.

The IT advisor said that ITDA Bhavan is being regularly sanitized, the entire security guidelines are being followed by the personnel working here. Special attention is also being given by personnel to social distancing and use of masks regularly as well as cleanliness. In order to reduce the effect of coronavirus by the personnel working here, full support is being given keeping in mind the public interest like service. He has also expected the general public to use the CM helpline 1905 to solve problems related to coronavirus.
