Yamunotri Highway reopens

The city recorded a maximum temperature of 34 degrees Celsius on Friday, which was 1.6 degrees Celsius above normal. Whereas, the minimum temperature was recorded at 28 degrees Celsius, which was three degrees Celsius above normal.
