The doors of second Kedar Madmaheshwar opens for devotees

The doors of Lord Madmaheshwar Dham, the second of the Panchkedars, were opened on Monday for the devotees with Vedic chants and ancient rituals for the summer season 2023. The doors of the temples would be open for the devotees for the next six months.

On the other hand, the festive procession of the Lord reached the border village Gaundar on May 21, the second stop after night rest. Where the doli was warmly welcomed by the villagers. During the departure of the procession, the atmosphere of the area became devotional due to the chants of hundreds of devotees.

Portals of the temple were opened for the pilgrims at 11 am

Today morning, on May 22, the procession reached Shri Madmaheshwar Temple from Goundar and at 11 am the doors of the temple were opened for the pilgrims to visit.

Senior Administrative Officer and Supervisor of Badri-Kedar Temple Committee, Yudhveer Pushwan told that on Monday, the doors of second Kedar Madmaheshwar Dham were opened with vedic rituals. After which devotees will be able to pay obeisance here also.
