Schools to be closed in these areas of Dehradun on August 8

In view of heavy rain forecast in Dehradun, an order has been issued by the District Magistrate, it has been said in the order that all schools and anganwadi centers running from class one to class 12 in the Nagar Nigam area of Dehradun, development block Raipur and in Jhajhra area will be closed on August 8.

In some areas between Dehradun and Mussoorie, heavy rain since late evening has caused extensive damage. Because of this, the administration has decided to close educational institutions from first to 12th class for Tuesday, August 8.
