The Doon Little World organizes “Clean India, Green India”
The Doon Little World School under the banner of The Doon Little World Education Society organized a “Clean India, Green India” campaign today in Dehradun. Inspired by the Swacch Bharat campaign the little students of the school participated with full enthusiasm. The idea behind this campaign according to Mrs Rashmi Dubey, Director of the school was to install a sense of cleanliness among the students not only amongst oneself but also the environment around us.
The event was organized in the school itself and the students under the supervision of their teachers were taught the importance of cleanliness around us for a better India. The children were also told about the detrimental effects of single use plastics which have now been banned in India.
