Bright sunshine brings relief from cold in Dehradun

After many days in Uttarakhand, the weather remained clear on Thursday. Dense fog remained in the capital Dehradun till 9 in the morning, after which the bright sunshine came. People breathed a sigh of relief from the cold as the weather opened up and the sun was shining.

It was getting cold for a few days

On the other hand, on Wednesday, most parts of the state remained cloudy and it rained. Snowfall also occurred in the higher reaches. For a few days, similar weather was prevailing in the state, due to which it was getting very cold.

Yamunotri Highway closed in place

Yamunotri Highway has been closed at many places due to snowfall in Yamunotri region. Due to which the movement has come to a standstill. Due to snow, workers are facing problems in clearing the highway.
