Uttarakhand weather update: Rain forecast for these districts

Yellow alert has been issued for heavy rains in five districts of Uttarakhand. Dehradun, Pauri, Nainital, Champawat and US Nagar may receive heavy rains and strong showers at isolated places. Light to moderate rain is expected in other districts. Meteorological Director Dr. Bikram Singh said that many districts will get good rains next week.

Due to incessant rains in the state, the incidents of debris and landslides on the hilly roads are affecting the normal life, while people are also facing a lot of problems in the movement.

Change in weather continues in Almora district. It was cloudy with sunshine since morning on Monday. The rain which started from the night is continuing this morning as well. Heavy rain is expected today.
