Mega blood donation camp to be organized in Dehradun on October 1

A mega blood donation camp will be organized in Dehradun on 1st October. Mega blood donation camp will be organized at Amrik Hall located at the Race Course, Dehradun. The mega blood donation camp will run from 9 am to 5 pm. A target has been set to collect 700 units of blood in this mega blood donation camp. Patron of Devbhoomi Vikas Sansthan and former Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat gave this information.

Former Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat said that due to rise in dengue cases in the region, this mega blood donation camp is being organized to supply blood in hospitals. More than 700 blood donors are expected in the camp. This camp is being organized with the help of five hospitals. This blood will be made available to these hospitals. On this occasion, the Governor of the state Lt. General (Retd.) Gurmeet Singh will be the chief guest and State Health Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat will be the special guest.

Former Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat said that the first big blood donation camp was organized on September 3 to fight dengue. In this, 204 people donated blood.
