Ujjaini, Janta Express to restart services from 31st March

Travelers will have to wait longer to restarting of Ujjaini & Janta Express suspended due to the fog. Earlier the train were supposed to be suspended from December 13 to February 15 now, the Janta Express and Ujjaini will remain suspended till March 30. Passengers are facing problems due to the cancellation of the trains.

In northern India, due to the cold and fog, the speed of the trains gets slowed down considerably making them run behind schedule. With long-distance trains being operated late, the railway administration has to face problems with the passengers. Railway income is also affected. As a result, the railway administration announces suspension of some long distance trains due to fog.

Dehradun-Varanasi Janata Express and Dehradun-Ujjain Ujjaini Express were suspended from 13th December to 15th February. With the cancellation of these long-distance trains, passengers have to face problems. Now the railway administration has extended the suspension of these two trains on March 30. They will be re-scheduled from March 31. Station Superintendent MK Singh said that till Jan 30, Janta Express and Ujjaini will not run. The trains were canceled from 13th December to 15th February and will now resume services from March 31 onwards.
