Traffic to be diverted during Rahul Gandhi’s visit to Dehradun

In view of the proposed rally in the Parade Ground on Saturday, Rahul Gandhi, President of Indian National Congress, a traffic plan was issued on Thursday. The route plan has been prepared keeping in mind the proposed program of Rahul Gandhi’s visit to the martyrs’ houses.

• Buses coming to Parade Ground from Rispana and Thano Road will be parked on empty ground near Gurudwara after leaving the rides at Rispana, Dharmpur Chowk, Agrawal Bakery, Aaragh T-junction, Aaragh, EC Road, Survey Chowk.
• Buses coming from Chakrata Road will be parked in empty plains near Gurdwara bypassing MKP, Race Course chowk, by taking a ride on Ballupur Chowk, Kishannagar Chowk, Clock Tower, Darshan Lal Chowk, Lansdowun Chowk.
• The buses coming from Asharodi, leaving the ride on ISBT, Karagi Chowk, Old Bypass Chowk, Mata Temple Road and Dharampur Chowk, will be parked on empty ground near Gurudwara.
• Buses coming from Rajpur road will be parked at Mangla Devi School Ground located near Rajpur road, after dropping passengers at Dilaram Chowk, Eucalyptus Chowk, Survey Chowk.
