Nagar Nigam Dehradun starts online property mutation facility
The Municipal Corporation Dehradun has completely converted the process of mutation filing from Wednesday into e-mutation. Now it will not be compulsory to have to go round the Municipal Corporation for filing objections nor will people have to wander for any information related to it. Any information will be received at home with a single click. Apart from this, property tax deposit and complaints related to it will also be able to be done online.
Till now the process of dismissal filed in the Municipal Corporation used to be carried out offline. People had to make repeated rounds of the corporation to get the filing of their property. But the Municipal Corporation Dehradun has made the filing process online, connecting the building tax section with modernity. Mayor Sunil Uniyal Gama and Municipal Commissioner Manuj Goyal started the e-mutation process on Wednesday.
Nagar Nigam Dehradun Mayor said that with this, on the one hand, the public will get a lot of convenience and there will be no need to come to the Municipal Corporation. On the other hand, municipal employees will also have ease in working. Municipal Corporation Dehradun has become the first body in the state to provide e-mutation process.
Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Dehradun Manuj Goyal said that under the online process of dismissal, application can be made in a very easy way.
How to apply for online property mutation in Dehradun?
First of all go to the official website of Municipal Corporation www.nagarnigamdehradun.com. After that click on pay online tax. Here the applicant also has the facility to deposit property tax, apply for mutation and file complaint related to self assessment and building tax.
